About Rustless
Rustless Technology® is a company specialized in the development of solutions for treating and fighting corrosion in metal structures of any potential. Our technology is exclusive, patented and registered, it was developed with the purpose of protecting metals used in any situation, from large structures such as machines, ships, ports, bridges and towers to vessels and small cars.
Rustless Technology treats and combats corrosion with an exclusive and PATENTED technology through the use of Electronic Modules for anodic protection , which saturates the metallic surface with a field of free electrons that inhibit the electrochemical reaction.
Rustless Technology® protects all types of metals against corrosion .
How it Works?
Rustless Technology® is applied through configurable modules installed individually or in anti corrosion centers where multiple modules are installed to protect a structure or large equipment that carry out the electronic distribution of electrons , which act by repelling oxidizing agents .
This transmission takes place through the free electrons existing in the metal itself , using its own potential energy in the stabilization process , thus repelling the anions that may oxidize the metal.

Rustless Benefits
Financial Gains
Increased service life, reduced maintenance costs of machines, equipment, parts, large or small structures, vehicles, vessels, among others.
Untold earnings. We can cite some examples: in the Industrial sector, the reduction of maintenance stops, in the Naval discarding divers to exchange the sacrifice metal, in Metal Structures, the considerable increase in their useful life.
INTANGIBLE FINANCIAL
GAINS
SUSTAINABILITY
With the use of technology there will be a reduction in the consumption of steel, finite mineral extracted from nature, as well as chemicals, paints, solvents and the like. Use of green seal in production.
ECOLOGICAL
Use of clean technology, as the RUSTLESS anti-corrosion plants act from the conductivity of the metals themselves, there is no emission of toxic or chemical gases for the protection of metal surfaces in addition to a very low energy consumption.
IMPACT FINANCIAL
It is estimated that industrialized countries as the United States, 3.5% of GDP is spent on combating, treating and maintaining corrosion of metallic surfaces.
IMPACT ENVIRONMENTAL
Official studies indicate that 30% of the metal extracted in nature is intended to replace parts and structures damaged or condemned by corrosion
Success Stories
What Our Clients Say?
We docked two vessels and painted them with the same ink, put them back in the water and six months later we removed them, the difference between the vessel without the Rustless device and the one with the Rustless devices was striking. The vessel that did not have the device showed corrosion and the vessel that was equipped with the device had no corrosion and we noticed a reduction in the amount of barnacles in the hull !!! I highly recommend the use of Rustless technology ”
Robson Bittencourt
President Porto Vale
We already had a very strong commitment to social and environmental issues, but with our certifications we were obliged to respect the conditions of the environment and sustainability. Rustless Technology has brought the future to the present. We are very satisfied with our partnership and today we are propagators of this technology.

We performed the maintenance and painting of the chlorine house at least 3 times a year because it is an extremely aggressive environment to metal. There are stored and dosed: Fluorsilicic Acid, Activated Carbon, Polyaluminium Chloride, Calcium Hypochlorite and Calcium Hydroxide. All extremely corrosive products. We installed Rustless Technology in the Chlorine House of ETA I in December 2015. After that we made a single painting that remains until the present date 28/05/2020.
